Conclusion: Disclosure is not simple nor it is easy but is preferable sooner then later...

How I used A.I. and lead to the final direction, contact through radio waves...

When I've analyzed the cases I left room for the A.I. to reach certain conclusion about the authenticity of each case given the fact that all were chosen to prepare a specific conclusion. Thant conclusion was, is and will be that we are not alone and more to this realization stand the fact that we were observed for a long time. 

And that leads us to a post conclusion that we are in a scenario like the Zoo Hypothesis where one must think why not then a proper invitation to dialog to help us humans prepare an united future of unparalleled progress and prosperity with our galactic family.

Then why not an  'Open Zoo Initiative'

First Act of Preliminary Conclusion and  Implications is a A.I. driven lead to an international effort to establish contact through Ham radio messaging.

However We propose 3 main directions in our Ham radio Call to action campaign.

1. EME Communications with the moon.

2. Contest communications where  the aim is to transmit the message to as many stations as possible...

3. Passive in loop message transmitting on independent volunteer ground stations .

Principles:

1. Coherence 

If we want disclosure we must be coherent in actions. That means we musty have a plan and stick to it. 

And the plan is to sent a radio invitation to our sister civilizations, mainly through Ham Radio means,  that must be agreed by everyone.

After this step is completed and receive an answer we must carry on with the plan of organizing an official meeting with the E.T.s after establishing a Council for galactic relations.

We all must stick to the plan otherwise we will give divergent messages and that is unfortunately a bad idea. 

2. Unity 

If we want disclosure we must be united and convergent in actions. That means we have to create a 'Open Zoo Initiative coalition for disclosure'.

This coalition must be a coalition of agreements between the major Ufology Organizations on this planet. 

Then what are the things we must agree upon... 

a. That we must sent an international message ... a proper invitation to dialog.... trough Ham Radio means.  

b. That we all must stay convergent in dialog and means of expression when it comes to disclosure... 

c. We must prepare steps ahead after the moment of disclosure after the proposed '10 steps to contact'.

d. We must keep a professional attitude and avoid criticizing our self's if we start having difficulties in implementing the plan. We can adjust the plan through votes in if it feels short of expectations. 

e. We must provide guidance towards actions for the implementation of the international message through ham radio... We must all get involved in this en-devour, because this is the key towards true real disclosure and post disclosure dialog.

f.  We all must be united in message and provide an unified media response. 

3. Information Guide

The coalition must provide an information Guide to Press and other Decision Factors in military&security and other organizations on this planet ...United Nations,  NGO's and other such like.

4. Community agreement on the 'HAM RADIO Call to action'

The coalition must disseminate information upon a 'Community agreement on the 'HAM RADIO Call to action''. 

This stands as a manual on the Call to action on Sending the Message toward the moon (EME communication) and other agreed protocols.

This manual must be extremely concise and to the point.

5. Convincing arguments for the initiative.

   a. The coalition is recommend to have monthly meetings for organizing action plans...

   b. We must try what was never tried before in the history of man kind.... to initiate a proactive course of actions toward real disclosure.

   c.  We must stay focused on proactive actions and avoid passivity because we all have seen that all authorities are not in favor of real and complete disclosure. 

   d.  Some may say that this plan is somehow insufficient of incomplete but I believe is better then nothing right now after all most  75 years of secrecy.
